Dr. Anthony Fok was featured in The Sunday Times in 2008 as “one of the five most sought-after tutors in Singapore.” As the article noted, “As he is well known for his ability to deliver results, parents try all means to put their child in his class.”
Dr. Fok attributes his popularity not only to his ability to impart Economics knowledge but also to his approach in motivating students to love the subject and look beyond academic grades. He emphasizes teaching values and life lessons that remain relevant long after graduation. “I am more than a tutor to my students; I am also a friend and mentor,” he explains.
He further adds, “I help shorten the learning process and bridge the gap between what is taught in schools and what appears in the national examinations. Students come to me because they want to achieve their ‘A’ grade, and I am confident I can deliver the results they seek, provided they put in the effort alongside me.”
